Discussion:
Despite relatively "flame shaped" appearance - and US which is not very helpful in differentiating maligancy from benign gynecomastia the clinical finding of a "rock like" firm mass prompted a biopsy

TAKE HOME POINT:
the imaging findings alone can fool you and a clinical exam is a important to decide to biopsy or not

Differential diagnosis: Gynecomastia versus malignancy

Diagnosis confirmation: Surgery / Histo

Category: Other

Region / Organ: Thorax-Other and unknown
