Discussion:
On every CT it makes sense to spend a few moments looking at the breast parenchyma.

Same criterea as on mammogram apply to CT.

Spiculated masses - focal asymmetries or microcalcifications
should be correlated to mammography.



Differential diagnosis: Benign masses ,such as fibroadenoma or papilloma.

Diagnosis confirmation: Surgery / Histo
